Service Warranty Policy For ALL IT FIX

At All IT Fix LLC, we are committed to delivering dependable consumer technology and home services. This Service Warranty Policy outlines the limited warranty provided with our services and clarifies what customers can expect after service completion.


Warranty Coverage

We ensure that all services are carried out with appropriate care, professionalism, and technical expertise.

A limited warranty of 30 days is provided on most repair and installation services, starting from the date the service is completed (this does not apply to long-term support, ongoing service contracts, or subscription-based plans).

If an issue arises within this period due to service workmanship, our team will revisit and resolve the problem at no additional cost.


What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not apply to the following situations:

  • Problems resulting from improper use, negligence, or failure to follow provided instructions

  • Issues that existed prior to the service but were not disclosed

  • Defects related to manufacturers, software providers, or third-party products

  • Damage caused by external factors such as power fluctuations, water exposure, accidents, or general wear and tear

  • Loss of data or the need for data recovery (customers are advised to back up their data before service)

  • Consumable materials including parts, accessories, or cleaning supplies used during service

  • Any work or modifications performed by third-party technicians after our service is completed


Customer Responsibilities

To make use of this warranty, customers are expected to:

  • Report any service-related issues within the applicable warranty period

  • Provide valid proof of service such as an invoice, receipt, or booking confirmation

  • Allow access to the device, system, or location for inspection and necessary repairs


Warranty Limitations

This warranty is strictly limited to re-performing the original service where required.

  • No refunds, replacements, or additional compensation will be provided under this policy

  • Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service

  • This warranty is non-transferable and is valid only for the original customer who booked the service
